  • Is your office equipment ready to ship?

    We carry decent inventories of the equipment listed in-store. In most cases, they can ship within 1 working day.


    Since we sell through multiple e-commerce locations, once in a while we could run out of stock, but we can arrange and ship them fast from our channels.



  • What happens with my order?

    Once payment is confirmed, we ship orders within one business day. On request, we might be able to ship same-day.

  • How can I pay?


    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, or wires.

  • What about taxes and duties?

    We charge MN sales tax which is currently 7.25%. If your company is tax-exempt, we can waive it after you provide us with the appropriate documentation.


  • How do you ship my goods?

    We ship using UPS ground service by default, as well as faster services (2nd-day air/overnight) that are available upon request.


  • What’s your comprehensive warranty policy?

    All our refurbished equipment comes with 12 month warranty with accidental coverage included (see terms and limitations of warranty).


  • What are the terms of your warranty?

    Terms of the comprehensive warranty are as follows:

    1. We will fix any functional problems and replace basic parts in the case of accidental damage.
    2. The customer is responsible for 2-way shipping.
    3. Damages that fall under reasonable usage are covered. If equipment got crushed under a forklift or got burnt out, it will not be covered. BSVGRP will have the right to accept or reject coverage if excessive damage has occurred.
    4. Parts, keypads, screens, and pistol grips are replaced once per year, per unit, under warranty. If parts are not available for any product, BSVGRP may offer replacement with a used item.
    5. Parts used can be refurbished, aftermarket, or pulled from used equipment for warranty depending on availability. 
    6. Terms of service can be changed by BSVGRP at any time as per the market situation. 
    7. Force Majeure applies.








  • What are your privacy policies?

    We respect our customers' privacy and data. We do not sell or transfer data to 3rd parties for any financial gains.
